桜餅と草餅の簡単レシピ。春の手作り和菓子を楽しみましょう。
春の和菓子、桜餅と草餅を手作りしてみました。意外と簡単です。
白玉粉100g、薄力粉50g、砂糖30g、水200ml、食紅少々を混ぜフライパンで薄く焼きます。あんこを包んで桜の葉で巻けば完成。
よもぎを刻み上新粉200gと砂糖30gに混ぜ、蒸し器で20分。よくこねてあんこを包んで丸めます。
あんこは市販でOK。手作りなら小豆を一晩水に浸けて弱火でコトコト煮ましょう。
草餅にはよもぎが必要なんですね。春に摘みに行きたいです。
